wouldn't the theory of evolution predict that life has no need to
evolve when it wins? or no way to evolve if it loses?

wouldn't these predictions involve one of the two directives embedded
along the way?

I have no idea what you mean by this, and I'm not sure that you do
either. Can you rephrase it?

Neither.

I doubt even you know what that was supposed to mean.

For Men the only way to evolve is through Intelligence and by becoming
more Intelligent.
But if there is no Intelligence on Earth then how can human beings
evolve?
You will just continue as animals, mating with the female and
breeding.
That is what animals do.

In other words it is not possible for Men to evolve if there are women
around.

Interesting concept, given that evolution operates on
populations over generations, not on individuals, despite
Hollywood. Without women, where do these generations come
from?

Wouldn't a lazy idiot named Dale Kelly bother to read a
few good books from respected scientists on the topic of
evolution and develop some basic understanding before
spouting his own ignorance and stupid misconceptions all
over the internet?
sometimes a fresh review is valuable?

The ToE is indeed a theory and makes predictions, just not
the ones you imagine are required.

The flaw in your thinking is that life evolves because it needs to. It
doesn't. It evolves whether it needs to or not.
