On the last upgrade of windows 10 a non systems driver fell out
resulting in a fan indication, and 15 seconds to enter startup? I tore
down the core i5 laptop but failed to find cause, reassembled it and
booted from the windows that came with it so, Microsoft driver signing
breaks the HP wireless button, upgrading to 8.1 seems to work, but show
signs of a refresh rate! Noticeable...

While it's nice to see a *little* traffic in this ng, I don't quite see
how this fits. Are you claiming any sort of paranormal ability to harm
or heal computers? Did you get one of the installs from a Gray Alien?
Did an invisible magical friend advise you as to your course of action?
